Moudi Alhumaid
Moudi Alhumaid is an experienced professional specializing in internal audit, risk management, and corporate governance. Currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Audit at KAFD, she has been instrumental in establishing and enhancing internal audit frameworks, compliance protocols, and governance structures.
With over five years at KAFD, she previously held roles including Operations Audit Director and Senior Manager. Before KAFD, Alhumaid spent over six years at the Saudi Stock Exchange (TADAWUL) as an Internal Audit Quality Assurance Manager and Specialist, focusing on audit quality programs and regulatory compliance. She began her career at Bank Albilad, where she led retail audit initiatives, developed annual audit plans, and provided strategic recommendations to senior management.
Alhumaid holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from King Saud University and has completed executive programs at INSEAD, including the Leadership Transition Program and Strategic Decision Making for Leaders. She is also certified in Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance Audit (GRCA) by OCEG.
