ABOUT THE KAFD ANNUAL LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE
The KAFD Leadership Conference, taking place on November 20-21, 2024, in Riyadh, will explore the theme ``The Future of Things (FoT)``, addressing leadership, innovation, and adaptability in the context of rapid global change. This year’s focus highlights how leaders can navigate disruption, leverage emerging technologies, and foster sustainable growth in an interconnected world.
Building on last year’s success, which brought together over 600 participants, the conference featured 10 world-renowned speakers, including Saudi Minister of Investment H.E. Khalid Al Falih, physician and author Dr. Deepak Chopra, podcast host Mo Gawdat, and Editor-in-Chief of The National, Mina Al-Oraibi. The one-day event included keynote speeches, a fireside chat, and three panels under the theme ``Creating a Sustainable and Resilient Global Economy.``
The second edition promises deeper insights into evolving challenges, offering attendees opportunities to master leadership during uncertainty, drive innovation and digital transformation, and lead with empathy to foster trust.
