Moustafa Khater
By age 23, Moustafa raised $3.5M in funding and built 183 schools for girls across Egypt, enabling collaboration between the US and Egypt and educating 75,000 young women. After five years designing mixed-use real estate, he joined Shell Oil’s global talent pipeline, where he spent 12 years advising on operational and commercial strategies impacting 14,000 employees across 50 countries. Simultaneously, he completed master’s studies in architecture, value engineering, green design, and earned an Executive MBA from INSEAD with a focus on entrepreneurship and corporate venture capital. He also pursued further research at MIT and Wharton, becoming a global innovation practitioner in partnership with Innovation360. Upon returning to Egypt, Moustafa chaired INSEAD’s Alumni Association and led Flat6Labs, building 20+ startups and engaging 1,000+ entrepreneurs. He later joined The GrEEK Campus as chief commercial and creative officer, reinforcing its position as a key entrepreneurial hub. Moustafa co-founded CubitCode, a government agency for macroeconomic innovation, and was named Global Goodwill Ambassador for his work supporting business for social good, contributing to major regional projects like The Grand Egyptian Museum and the Central Bank of Egypt’s Fintech Hub.
